Increasing Membership Numbers

Our membership continues to grow as more and more school and pre school leaders learn about our association and the work we do on behalf of members.  SASSLA is now the second largest professional association of school leaders in the state.
This increase has been assisted by the use of different advertising methods and digital technologies. Our new personalised email system has been most effective as have a new range of printed materials that have been circulated at conferences and regional leaders' meetings.  Early next term a personalised e-mail will be sent to all school and pre-school leaders as part of our membership drive strategy.  Our Executive Officer and I have also attended many forums to spread the word about our association.
However the most effective means of attracting new members is by word of mouth from you - the current members of SASSLA.  We continue to represent members in all sorts of legal and industrial issues and achieve great success on their behalf.  Please continue to spread the word to your colleagues in local schools and preschools.
Our new website has also received much positive feedback and been helpful in providing information about SASSLA.
